In this episode, I dive deep into my own ADHD journey—Let me tell you, it was a lot to process, and to be completely transparent, it still is at times. But through it all, I’ve learned the importance of balancing routine with flexibility and, most importantly, giving myself the grace I deserve.
I’m still figuring out what accommodations I need to thrive. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found that allowing myself space to be flexible—without the pressure to be perfect has been a game-changer.
If you’re navigating ADHD, whether recently diagnosed or not, this episode is for you. I’ll share tips on finding your rhythm, embracing both structure and spontaneity, and showing yourself some much-needed compassion along the way :)
